Arteify Limited (company number 16348574, registered in England and Wales) operates the online marketplace at arteify.com (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Platform

Arteify is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of art, antiques, and related works. Arteify acts as an agent and does not own, hold, or take title to any item listed for sale. Contracts for sale are formed directly between buyer and seller.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm these requirements are met.

3. Listings and Descriptions

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of all listing information, including title, provenance, dimensions, condition, and media. Arteify reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that breaches these Terms or is misleading.

4. Buyer and Seller Fees

Current fee schedules are published on the Platform and may be updated with 14 days’ notice. Applicable fees are confirmed at the point of transaction.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through the Platform’s secure checkout. Funds are held until the seller confirms dispatch and the buyer’s statutory inspection period has elapsed or the buyer confirms receipt, whichever is earlier.

6. Returns and Disputes

Buyers have 14 days from receipt to notify Arteify of a claim that an item is materially not as described. Returns must be agreed in writing before despatch. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the returned item being received and inspected.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including text, images, and design—is owned by Arteify Limited or its licensors. You may not copy or reproduce any part without written permission.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arteify’s liability to any user is limited to the fees paid by that user in the preceding 12 months. Arteify is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
