Shipping & Delivery
Delivery
Every piece is packed and shipped with the same care it was made with. Here is how delivery works once you have bought.
Dispatch & timescales
Once payment has cleared, your piece is prepared for dispatch — typically within 5–10 working days. Larger works, bespoke framing or crating can take a little longer; you will always be told the timeline before anything ships.
Insured delivery, arranged by a vetted partner
Packing and fully insured shipping are handled by a specialist from the Arteify vetted logistics network — professional art handlers, not a standard courier. You can see how the network operates on our logistics page.
You contract with, and are invoiced by, the logistics partner directly. Arteify assesses every partner for professional standards, experience and insurance.
Delivery costs
Shipping is quoted separately by your chosen partner, based on the size, value, destination and service level of your piece. It is not included in the item price or the buyer’s premium.
You will always see and approve the delivery quote before your piece is dispatched — there are no surprise charges.
International delivery
We ship worldwide through our partner network. For deliveries outside the UK, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are billed by the carrier or the relevant authority, separately from the shipping quote.
On arrival
Please inspect your piece on delivery. If it arrives damaged, keep all packaging and email info@arteify.com with photographs as soon as possible — transit damage is covered under Buyer Protection, and your options are set out in our Returns policy.
