Returns Policy

Arteify wants every buyer to feel confident. If something goes wrong with your purchase, this policy explains your rights and how we resolve it.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item. Returns are accepted where:

  • The item is materially not as described in the listing
  • The item arrived damaged through no fault of your own
  • The item does not match the photographs or key specifications listed

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind once a sale has been confirmed, except at our discretion for high-value or exceptional circumstances.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@arteify.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number in the subject line
  3. Attach photographs of the item and any packaging
  4. Describe the specific issue clearly

Our team will respond within 2 business days. Do not return an item without written confirmation from us first — unauthorised returns may delay your refund.

Return Shipping

Where the return is due to an error on our part or a fault with the item, Arteify arranges and covers the cost of return collection. The item must be available for collection in its original or equivalent protective packaging.

For international returns, we coordinate with our logistics partners to arrange customs documentation and compliant re-import.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The original buyer’s premium is refunded in full where the return is accepted.

Damaged Items on Arrival

If your item arrives visibly damaged, photograph both the item and the packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours at support@arteify.com. Do not discard any packaging materials — these are required for insurance claims.

Authenticity Concerns

If you have grounds to question the authenticity of a received item, contact us within 14 days. We will investigate and, where authenticity cannot be confirmed, facilitate a full return and refund. See our Authentication page for more detail.
