Verified sellers & provenance

Every seller is verified before their first listing goes live. Sellers must provide provenance where it exists, and our team reviews submissions before publication. Condition reports and certificates of authenticity are attached to listings where available.

Accurate descriptions

Sellers must describe condition, medium, dimensions and provenance accurately. Misrepresentation is a breach of our seller terms and can lead to removal of the listing and the account.

Secure payment

Payments are handled by established, PCI-compliant payment providers. Arteify never stores your card details.

If a piece isn’t as described

If an item is materially not as described, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund once it has been received and inspected. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full process, and Authentication for how works are vetted.

Raising a dispute

If something goes wrong, contact us with your order number and photographs of the item received. We mediate between buyer and seller to reach a fair resolution.
