Apply as a dealer

A dealer account gives you a branded storefront listing everything you have available, linked from every piece you sell. You keep the relationship with the buyer, and Arteify handles the transaction, the fee accounting and the record.

Your storefront

A public page carrying your name, specialisms and full inventory, with your vetted status shown. Every listing links back to it.

Verified bidders only

Bidders are identity-checked and approved before they can bid. You are not selling into anonymity.

Clean fee accounting

Every order records the hammer, your 8% commission and any resale royalty separately, so a payout can be reconciled line by line.

How it works

1 Apply for a dealer account We verify your business and trading history before approval.
2 Set up your storefront Name, specialisms, biography and links. Your VAT treatment is recorded once and applies to everything you list.
3 List and consign Fixed price for stock, timed auction for pieces that benefit from competition. Set a reserve on any lot.

What you can rely on

Every seller is verified by Arteify before a single piece goes live.
Condition notes and provenance are available on request for any piece.
A bid in the final 5 minutes extends the lot by another 5, so nothing can be won in the last second.
Packing and insured delivery are arranged after the sale and invoiced by the logistics provider you choose.

Questions

How is VAT handled?

Your VAT position is set on your account and applied to your listings — standard-rated, margin scheme, or VAT on the premium only. Margin-scheme sales never show VAT separately.

Can I bid on other dealers’ lots?

Yes. You bid as yourself. You cannot bid on lots listed by your own storefront.

Who arranges shipping?

The buyer contracts a logistics provider directly and is invoiced by them. Arteify does not handle or invoice carriage.
